Khalid Shares New Song ‘Wildflower’ Amid Quarantine

Khalid is holding it down for his fans amid the quarantine.

The Texas crooner dropped a rough track called “wildflower” on his SoundCloud to help fans cope with their time in isolation. The soothing song finds Khalid offering comforting words during uncertain times. “Crack the code, time will pass,” he sings. “Love will grow like a wildflower.”

He also offered a heartfelt message: “love u guys be safe. vibes for the quarantine.”

Prior to the coronavirus outbreak, Khalid released a series of tracks including “Know Your Worth” and “Eleven.” He even teased a new project. “Maybe I’ll create like an EP,” he told Beats 1. “That’s really just the vibe that I’m going on, it’s just making like an EP. Something that I really dive deep in and create just this mini sound and just give it out to people because I really want to take my time with my next album and just make sure it’s perfect.”
