Keyshia Cole shares a health journey update with fans.

The Grammy-nominated mother of two is on a mission for a sculpted body. Over the weekend, the “I Ain’t Thru” singer told online users that she “will get a 6-pack.” Later on, KC said, “Whatever it is, 1-100 I’m working to be my best me, if all time,” then showed off her body in a two-piece.

Take a look:

One fan encouraged Keyshia and wrote, “You look Great! and I see them abs!” Someone else said, “You’re gonna be the spokesperson for the Lifecycle exercise bike. I’m calling it.”

In another spicy Twitter post, Keyshia shared a different bikini look. Check it out:

Keyshia’s biopic, This Is My Story, was released on Lifetime back in June. Keyshia made her acting debut and it told the story of her early days in Oakland to becoming an R&B icon. The film also showed the complicated yet loving relationship KC had with her late mother, Frankie Lons, who struggled with addiction. Debbie Morgan played the role of Frankie.

A few years ago, Keyshia said she’ll release one more album and then retire from music. She plans on owning several businesses, in addition, she’ll have more mommy time for her sons Daniel Gibson Jr., 13, and 4-year-old Tobias Khale.

Tobias’s dad, Niko Khale, is recovering after suffering from a near-fatal stabbing earlier this month. In a social media post on July 1, he explained what happened.

“Got stabbed in my chest and my arm. My lung was punctured and collapsed. My diaphragm was also ruptured. They had to cut my stomach open and put a tube in my chest so I could breathe. By the grace of God today I’m back on my feet and I am breathing on my own.”

It’s not clear what lead to the altercation, but glad he’s okay. If fans want to see KC on stage, she’ll be performing at the RBTL’s Auditorium Theatre on September 1 in Rochester, NY.
