Ariel Lavi Won Best Script/Writer at Best Shorts Competition in La Jolla, California

The film he wrote produced in Nigeria “Dangerous Silence” won 3 awards at Best Shorts Competition in La Jolla , California. One of them is the Best Script/ Writer for Ariel Lavi. In addition, the film won at the festival Best Dramatic Impact, and Best Film Short.
The film won 16 awards at film festivals so far.
It was screened at Golden State Film Festival and Silicon Beach Film Festival at TCL Chinese Theatre in Hollywood, one of the most iconic Theaters in the Festival . It was nominated th19 Abuja International Film Festival- one of the famous film festivals in Nigeria.
The film tells about Lila, a 18 year old that is sexually exploited by Chuimbo and Gathee while having sex for a fee . Gathee afraid to come against Chuimbo . Eventually Gathee will overcome the fear and fight but it will be too late.
