Drake Flexes While Recovering From Knee Surgery
Drake is on the mend.
As fans eagerly await his new album, the Certified Lover Boy started off the new year by hitting the gym as he recovers from knee surgery. Taking to Instagram on Tuesday (Jan. 12), he shared footage of himself lifting 70 lb. OVO-branded weights in his home gym.
“10 weeks post op I’m grinding for recovery EVERYDAY,” he wrote.

Drake underwent knee surgery back in October after he reportedly tore his ACL. At the time, he shared a photo of himself laid up in bed with a knee brace on his right leg.
“I actually want to use this post to send love and motivation to anybody else that 2020 let loose on,” he said. “Start writing the best bounce back story NOW.”

His injury may have delayed his long-awaited album Certified Lover Boy, which was expected last year before being pushed to January.
New music could be coming soon. Drake reportedly shot a music video with Meek Mill during his trip to the Bahamas last week.
