Roddy Ricch Returns with New Song ‘Heartless (Live From L.A.)’
Fresh off his performance at Sunday night’s Grammys, Roddy Ricch returns with his new song “Heartless (Live From L.A.).”
On the introspective track, his first solo release since his 2019 debut Please Excuse Me for Being Antisocial, the L.A. rapper reflects on the struggles of the streets while paying tribute to a lost friend.
“I hope you lookin’ down on me / I hope you proud of me / Main reason a 9 millimeter gotta ride with me,” he sings.
Roddy, who won a Grammy last year for Best Rap Performance for “Racks in the Middle,” debuted “Heartless” and also performed his smash “The Box” during the Grammys. In addition to his own performance, he joined DaBaby for “Rockstar.” While he was nominated for six awards, Roddy didn’t win any this year.
You can expect even more music from Roddy. Last month, he announced that he was working on Feed Tha Streets 3, the third installment in his mixtape series.
