21 Savage Adds $350K Worth Of Value To Akademiks & DJ Vlad's Richard Mille Convo

21 Savage is a rapper that loves his jewelry, but he’s one of those people that’s looking at his pieces as an investment. On Sunday (October 31), the Atlanta rap star recently commented on the resale value of a Richard Mille after Akademiks spoke about it on his podcast Off The Record with DJ Vlad.

Akademiks had reshared the clip of Vlad speaking on luxury watches having so much value to them. According to Vlad, luxury brands are notorious for fetching crazy prices on the resale market.

“Rolex, Audemars, Patek Philippe, and Richard Mille are the only brands I know that you could pull this off with,” Vlad said in the clip. “The price goes up more on Richard Mille than any other watch.”

Akademiks couldn’t believe people paid such crazy amounts, but 21 reiterated in the comment section under the clip how serious the resale market for luxury watches is to people.

“But if you put aftermarket diamonds on it the value go down a lot,” 21 wrote below the Instagram clip. “I made 350k off 1.”

Richard Mille watches start at $200 and can go up to $250,000. It’s unclear how much 21 spent on the watch initially, but $350,000 is a profit nonetheless.

21 Savage celebrated his birthday last week (October 21), and the “a lot” rapper received a boatload of gifts from his friends. One of the best gifts was a red Dodge Hellcat TRX with his name logo inscribed all over the truck from his Atlantan brethren Young Thug.
