Cardi B Reportedly Dismisses Offset Divorce — But There's A Catch
Atlanta, GA – It looks like Cardi B and Offset plan on riding off into the sunset for all of eternity. According to TMZ, the Grammy Award-winning rapper filed court documents in Atlanta on Monday (November 2) requesting her divorce from the Migos rapper be dismissed.
But there’s one catch — Cardi filed her dismissal “without prejudice,” a legal term that means she reserves the right to refile the divorce at a later date.
The couple’s marriage has seen its share of ups and downs, which mostly played out in the public spotlight. Offset’s rumored infidelity has plagued the relationship since its infancy and pushed Cardi to temporarily leave him in December 2018. But like their most recent reconciliation, Offset wooed Cardi back into his arms and they were seemingly back on track.

But then Cardi filed for divorce at the Fulton County Superior Court in September, citing “irreconcilable differences.” As Offset pined for his estranged wife on Instagram, they eventually linked back up during Cardi’s wild birthday celebration last month where Offset showered her with a $330,000 Rolls-Royce and an on-camera kiss.
Cardi ultimately admitted they were back together and explained on Instagram Live she really “wanted some dick” for her birthday.
“When people be saying I be doing shit for attention, with this and that, no, I’m just a crazy bitch,” she said. “One day I’m happy, the next day I wanna beat a n-gga up..I just be starting to miss [him]… It’s hard not to talk to your best friend. It’s really hard not to talk to your best friend. And it’s really hard to have no dick.”
Cardi also confessed the Rolls-Royce didn’t hurt, adding, “I do like material things. What do you want me to do? The n-gga gave me a Rolls-Royce and I snub him? And I really wanted some dick for my birthday.”
The couple spent Halloween (October 31) together with Mrs. WAP dressed in an elaborate Medusa costume and Mr. WAP settling into his role as Jim Carrey’s character from The Mask.
The next day, Offset playfully teased Cardi for lying about not cooking or cleaning in her “WAP” verse as she swept the floor in a bathrobe and pink house slippers.
