Inside Cardi B & Offset's $5.8M 'New York' Mansion – Which Is Actually In New Jersey
New Jersey – At the top of November, Cardi B announced she’d purchased her dream home in New York City, but the New York Post uncovered that the mansion is actually located in the suburbs of neighboring New Jersey, which is about a 45-minute trip to Manhattan.
Cardi B and Offset closed on the residence in September for a reported $5.85 million. They also welcomed a baby boy during the same month to give Kulture a younger brother. The home has nine bedrooms and nine bathrooms with more if the guest house is included.
The couple is pouring a reported $1 million into the property on home improvements. The 13,000 sq. foot estate isn’t finished just yet for the family of four to move into but will come with every amenity imaginable such as an inground pool, movie theater, gym and tennis court sitting on two acres of land.

While the home isn’t in NYC, Cardi will be able to host her family members whenever they want to make the 25-minute ride out of Washington Heights to the suburbs of Jersey.
Cardi B has talked about the importance of locking down a home near her New York roots as she’s been living coast-to-coast in Atlanta and Los Angeles at various times with Offset and Kulture.
“Me and my husband have always dreamed of having a crib in NY, and we have decided to add to our portfolio of homes, along with Atlanta and LA. Now having a home in NY, I can have get togethers with my family all the time,” she wrote.

For her 29th birthday in October, Offset also purchased Cardi B and their family an estate in the Dominican Republic.
“I done bought you everything, so this year I wanted to get you something for having my beautiful son,” he said. “So I bought you a house in the DR. Yessir, that’s how we coming, pool on the roof. God is good.”
