Jack Harlow's 'First Class' Reclaims Billboard Hot 100 No. 1 From Future & Drake

Jack Harlow‘s latest album Come Home The Kids Miss You is receiving all sorts of reactions on social media, but despite the polarizing reactions, it continues to dominate the Billboard charts.

On Monday (May 16), the Louisville, Kentucky rapper grabbed the top spot yet again on the Billboard Hot 100 chart. His Fergie-sampling “First Class” reclaimed the throne from Future and Drake, who previously held the spot with their “WAIT FOR U” collaboration with Tems, which fell to No. 3 on this week’s chart.

This is “First Class”‘s second go-around atop the Billboard Hot 100 after debuting at No. 1 on the chart last month. The song had the biggest sales week and biggest streaming week of the year at the time of its release. It was also the fastest song eligible for gold certification from the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA) in 2022.

Come Home the Kids Miss You, on the other hand, debuted at No. 3 on the Billboard 200 after earning 113,000 album-equivalent units in its first week. The third-place finish was an improvement on Harlow’s debut album, Thats What They All Say, which peaked at No. 5 in 2020.

Come Home The Kids Miss You was originally projected to land at No. 2 behind Latin superstar Bad Bunny’s new album, Un Verano Sin Ti. However, Future’s commercial prowess proved to be too strong for Jack Harlow as I NEVER LIKED YOU — which previously topped the chart — claimed the second slot.
