Kanye West & Julia Fox Break Up After Less Than 2 Months: 'I Wasn't In Love With Him'
Actress Julia Fox is on a tear after an article from The Daily Mail claimed she left Los Angeles International Airport “in tears” following her purported breakup with Kanye West. While TMZ reports the couple — and that’s a term that should be used loosely — did indeed split after less than two months of dating, Fox says they will remain friendly. She’s also patting herself on the back for connecting with Kanye in the first place, calling it a “come up.”
“Y’all would love it if I was sooooo upset!” she wrote in her Instagram Stories on Monday (February 14). “The media would love to paint a picture of me a sad lonely woman crying on a plane by myself but it’s NOT TRUE!! Why not see me for what I am which is a #1 hustler. I came up y’all lol and not only that but Kanye and I are on good terms! I have love for him but I wasn’t in love w the man. Jesus Christ what do you u guys think I am 12 years old?!
“And for the record the only time I cried in 2022 was on Feb 6th on my dead BFF bday. Anyway if u want the full tea ur gonna have to buy the book when it comes out.”
A rep for Fox added, “Julia and Kanye remain good friends and collaborators but they are no longer together.”

The short-lived romance doesn’t necessarily come as a surprise. Kanye West is obviously still in love with his estranged wife Kim Kardashian and has had made numerous public pleas for her return. As Kardashian moves on with her new boyfriend Pete Davidson, Kanye has continued to berate the Saturday Night Live actor every chance he gets.
On Sunday (February 13), he spent the majority of the day making outrageous claims about the 28-year-old comedian. Not only did Ye claim he dated former First Lady Hillary Clinton, he also recycled a nasty rumor Davidson once sent “intimate photos” of himself with Ariana Grande to her ex Mac Miller in an effort to hurt him. But Kanye was particularly adamant about never allowing Davidson to meet his four children.
In another all-caps Instagram post, Ye shared a photo of Machine Gun Kelly with his pants down as he pours popcorn into Davidson’s mouth (who also has his pants down). He accompanied the photo with a text from Davidson that read in part, “I’d never get in the way of your children. That’s a promise. How you guys go about raising your kids is your business and not mine. I do hope one day I can meet them and we can all be friends.”
He added in the the caption, “NO YOU WILL NEVER MEET MY CHILDREN.”
Anyone dating Kanye would clearly have to compete with Kardashian, and there’s a sense not too many women are willing to do that. As for Fox, she insists she never shed a tear over Kanye. In another rant aimed at The Daily Mail, Fox said there are only two important male figures in her life — and Kanye isn’t one of them.
“‘TEARFULLY,’” she began. “@dailymail y’all are straight trash. I haven’t cried since 1997 and I especially wouldn’t cry over THIS!!! If anything, I’ve been laughing more than before and if I look like shit it’s cuz I got out at terminal 1 and ran on foot to terminal 7 cuz I was fukn late for a plane to go see the only men that matter which is my son and my dad.”
