Kodak Black Keeps It Real With His Friends Music
Kodak Black is an honest friend. In a video posted online on Friday (February 4), the “Super Gremlin” rapper is seen offering his blunt opinion on some of his buddy’s new music.
“That shit was trash bro,” Kodak said. “I ain’t gonna lie, I ain’t gonna lie, I ain’t gonna lie, it’s like the hard kind of trash.”
The 24-year-old rapper added his brutal honesty is what makes him such a good friend to have around.
“But for y’all people like who’re seeing it and watching it, y’all my n-ggas but it’s hard tho,” Kodak said. “I’m just giving off my honest like feedback, i’d be a fuck n-gga if I be like, “oh that shit gas” know what I’m saying?”

Aside from critiquing his friends’ music, Kodak Black has been ensuring his own product is tight. The rapper recently appeared on Yo Gotti’s CM:10 Free Game on the track “Ima Show You,” and has been enjoying the success of his recent single “Super Gremlin,” which in January hit No. 1 on Billboard’s Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs chart.
Kodak celebrated the success of the track at a Miami nightclub in January, where he was gifted a custom “Super Gremlin” diamond chain from esteemed jeweler Maksud Trax Agadjani. The new piece includes a 30-pointer tennis chain and a glow-in-the-dark green gremlin pendant donning a red Boston Red Sox hat.
“This is a piece that he saw on his website — or his producer saw — and they wanted [it] because it fit the song ‘Super Gremlin,’ which is obviously a hit and he wanted it on a monster tennis chain,” Agadjani said in an Instagram video.
“The piece glows in the dark. It’s got orange diamonds, diamond chains, 30 pointers, 24 inches, VS1, G color and obviously you can see the flashing on the chain and how it completes his set for the night as he performs ‘Super Gremlin.’”
