LeBron James Declares Jadakiss ‘Most Underrated Hip Hop Artist Of All-Time’ Post-Verzuz
New York, N.Y. – LeBron James is an avid rap fan and was raised on ’90s Hip Hop while growing up in Akron, Ohio. Following Tuesday night’s entertaining Verzuz battle between New York heavyweight crews The LOX and Dipset, King James took to Twitter to give Jadakiss his flowers.

In February, the Lakers star teased the idea of him curating a rap album, which many thought would be the Space Jam 2 soundtrack, but LeBron eased fans’ worries that he wouldn’t be going the Kobe Bryant, Shaquille O’Neal or Damian Lillard route by actually spitting rhymes on tracks.
“My love for music is INSANE,” he wrote. “I think I’m going to do a album. Oh no I won’t be rapping or anything like that. I’m not crazy, I know what I’m great at, but I tell you one thing I do have. So many friends that can.”
