Lil Uzi Vert Learns Outcome In 2021 Assault Case Involving His Ex-Girlfriend & Rapper SAINt JHN

Los Angeles, CA – Lil Uzi Vert’s alleged assault of his ex-girlfriend and the rapper SAINt JHN in 2021 had the Philadelphia native facing potential jail time on numerous charges. According to TMZ, Uzi won’t be behind bars for his involvement in the case but will have to follow numerous conditions to maintain his freedom.

The rapper struck a plea deal with the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office last week and by pleading no contest, he’ll serve three years of probation, one year in treatment for mental health and substance abuse, 52 weeks in domestic violence counseling, restitution and 10 years under a criminal protective order.

In July 2021, his ex Brittany Byrd filed a police report against him, claiming he struck her at a Los Angeles area restaurant and pressed a gun into her stomach. Byrd was at the Dialog Cafe in West Hollywood with SAINt JHN for a business meeting when Uzi arrived on the scene and exited his vehicle to confront them.

Lil Uzi Vert allegedly swung and missed the “Roses” rapper with a punch and had his gun fall on the ground. Byrd approached Uzi from the table where he then allegedly struck her and put the gun against her stomach. Byrd would later tell authorities Uzi flashed the handle of his gun at her, a story confirmed by Byrd’s manager to The Shade Room.

Lil Uzi Vert has yet to comment on the charges or his plea deal publicly, but he recently made headlines when he announced he was bleaching his skin.

In a video shared to his Twitter account on Wednesday (February 2), he played an unreleased single where he sings, “Bleaching my skin need umbrella,” In the video, he raps along with the record before making funny faces about wanting to sleep with two women after one asked if she could bring a friend.
