A statement on their website highlighted their eligibility requirements, writing, “Women remain underrepresented and undervalued in society and female students of color are at a larger disadvantage when it comes to access to financial resources.”

Megan is currently studying Health Care Administration at Texas Southern University, though she was forced to switch to online classes with her growing schedule in the summer of 2019. In an Instagram post, expressed a desire to return to in-person classes that Fall but later deleted the post – likely realizing that her schedule wasn’t going to be slowing down any time in the near future.
