Nia Riley Calls Soulja Boy An ‘Abusive Clown’ Amid Quavo & Saweetie Elevator Reactions

Nia Riley is seeing all of the energy people have for Quavo in his altercation with Saweetie – and she wants to know why people didn’t keep that same energy with her ex, Soulja Boy.

In a series of posts on her Instagram Story on Tuesday (March 30), Teddy Riley’s daughter lamented how Soulja Boy had yet to be cancelled despite allegedly causing her to miscarry, among other things.

“I know y’all don’t gaf about women bc my ex a whole ass abusive known clown and y’all still entertain him,” Nia Riley said. “If he can’t get cancelled no1 can.”

She also shared a meme that read, “Let’s normalize NOT normalizing abuse.”

Just earlier this month, Riley spoke out about the abuse she endured while dating the “Crank That” rapper on and off for nearly a decade before finally ending things for good in 2019. During an interview on the Unwine With Tasha K podcast, she said Soulja Boy was both verbally and physically abusive and caused their unborn child’s miscarriage by kicking her in the stomach during the pregnancy.

“We had an incident when I was pregnant,” she said. “I feel like we always did. He absolutely knew I was pregnant. I was, like, 15 weeks. I don’t think I had even told anybody else that I was pregnant. Truthfully, in my mind, I didn’t know what to do or what I wanted to do.”

Soulja Boy has also been accused of abuse by his former personal assistant, who filed a lawsuit with the Los Angeles Superior Court in January 2020 accusing him of sexual assault and creating a hostile work environment after their once-consensual relationship ended and allegedly turned violent.

Ex-girlfriend Kayla Myers has also shared claims of abuse and is currently suing him for a February 2019 incident where she was allegedly kidnapped by him for six hours and abused both physically and sexually during that time.

Soulja Boy has denied all allegations.
