T.I. + Tiny Learn Their Fate In Graphic Los Angeles Sexual Assault Case
Los Angeles, CA – T.I. and Tiny have faced numerous sexual assault allegations since former family friend Sabrina Peterson accused the Hustle Gang boss of once pulling a gun on her. Earlier this year, the couple was accused of drugging and sexually assaulting a woman in Los Angeles over 20 years ago.
But according to TMZ, prosecutors have decided not to pursue charges because the case falls outside of the statute of limitations.
The Los Angeles woman’s allegations first surfaced in May. She said claimed she met Tip and Tiny at a club and accepted a drink from Tiny. She told Los Angeles Police Department detectives she was then invited back to their hotel room along with two other women, but she ultimately ended up alone with T.I. and Tiny.

The woman alleged T.I. and Tiny persuaded her to take a shower with them. Following the shower, T.I. supposedly led her to the bed, turned on a pornographic film and asked her to rub oil on him. She said Tiny then joined in before T.I. came from behind and stuck his toes in her vagina.
He reportedly then went to get a condom, but the woman said she felt sick and wound up throwing up in the bathroom. She added she blacked out, then woke up with a sore vagina and burning sensation.
Another woman in Las Vegas claimed she was drugged and sexually assaulted after meeting Tiny at the airport and being invited to hang out with the couple. The incident allegedly took place in 2010 but was only just reported to the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department this year.
The case was closed in May after investigators determined it also fell outside the statute of limitations.
