Toosii Celebrates 1st-Ever RIAA Plaque 2-Years After Signing Deal With DaBaby's Label

Toosii has come a long way from his start as an opener for his South Coast Music Group labelmate DaBaby’s tour. Now, he’s celebrating his path to stardom on his 21st birthday weekend with a new gold certification from the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA).

In an Instagram photo shared on Sunday (January 10), SCMG CEO Arnold Taylor remarked on the two-year journey he shared with the “Red Lights” rapper while presenting Toosii with his inaugural gold plaque for 2020’s “Love Cycle” featuring Summer Walker.

“Congrats and Happy G Day at the same damn time,” Taylor wrote in the caption. “#LoveCycle gold already and you have exceeded your early goals. Keep applying that pressure lil bro, we going platinum next.”
