Wack 100 Slams Sha'Carri Richardson For Failing Drug Test: 'She Failed Us As People!'
Wack 100 isn’t afraid to speak his mind — no matter how inflammatory or controversial his remarks can be.
On Saturday (July 3), the longtime music manager of The Game took his unpopular opinion on U.S. sprinter Sha’Carri Richardson to Instagram, where he shamed her for failing a drug test and possibly ruining her chance to compete in the 2021 Olympics.
Richardson tested positive for marijuana earlier this week and accepted a one-month “doping” suspension that will keep her out of the 100 meters at the Tokyo Olympics.
“Put her on the first thing smoking back to the dispensary!” he wrote alongside a photo of Richardson. “A violation leads to punishment. Nobody is bigger than the program. Rules & regulations are there to be followed not ignored. She failed us as a people far as I’m concerned!”

After news of Sha’Carri Richardson’s failed drug test broke, she offered an explanation.
“We all have our different struggles, we all have our different things we deal with, but to put on a face and have to go out in front of the world and put on a face and hide my pain,” Richardson said in a video statement on Friday morning (July 2). “Who are you? Who am I to tell you how to cope when you’re dealing with a pain or you’re dealing with a struggle that you’ve never experienced before or that you never thought you’d have to deal with. Who am I to tell you how to cope? Who am I to tell you you’re wrong for hurting?”
Drake, Snoop Dogg and Cardi B were among the many celebrities supporting Richardson. Snoop, perhaps one of Hip Hop’s most infamous smokes, spoke up on social media.
“Are you serious?!” Snoop wrote in an Instagram post. “Marijuana? It’s not an enhancement for her abilities!”
The Tokyo Olympics are scheduled to take place between July 23 and August 8. Richardson, a gold-medal favorite in the women’s 100 meters, qualified for the Olympics when she won the women’s 100-meter race at the U.S. track and field trials in Oregon last month.
