50 Cent Reacts to Nicki Minaj’s Cousin’s Friend’s Swollen Balls
50 Cent is weighing in on Ball Gate.
Nicki Minaj continues to cause a firestorm after claiming that her cousin in Trinidad refuses to get the COVID-19 vaccine because his friend suffered swollen testicles and became impotent after being vaccinated.
“My cousin in Trinidad won’t get the vaccine cuz his friend got it & became impotent,” Minaj told her 22 million Twitter followers on Monday. “His testicles became swollen. His friend was weeks away from getting married, now the girl called off the wedding.”

During his appearance on “Jimmy Kimmel Live,” Nicki’s friend 50 Cent had a laugh while weighing in with his own theory about why Nicki’s cousin’s friend’s wedding was called off.
“You didn’t look at the details of that situation,” 50 said. “The details said he was about to get married. I think his testicles… It could be from the bachelor party. Why nobody thought about the bachelor party?”
The hip-hop mogul suggested that the friend blamed the vaccine for his wild night. “If you had a really good bachelor party and stuff start swelling, it was Pfizer,” he joked. “Definitely was Pfizer.”
In addition to the memes and jokes, Nicki’s comments have triggered an international backlash. Health officials including Trinidad and Tobago’s Health Minister Terrence Deyalsingh have condemned the “false” claims.
“One of the reasons why we could not respond yesterday in real-time to Miss Minaj is that we had to check and make sure that what she was claiming was either true or false,” Deyalsingh said. “Unfortunately, we wasted so much time yesterday running down this false claim.”
In the wake of the controversy, Nicki says she was invited to the White House to discuss the safety and efficacy of COVID-19 vaccines. However, the White House denies that an in-person visit was offered and that they only wanted to connect her with medical experts including Dr. Anthony Fauci, President Biden’s chief COVID-19 medical adviser.
“Do y’all think I would go on the internet and lie about being invited to the fu**ing White House? Like what? Do you guys see what is happening right now?” Nicki told fans on Instagram Live.
