Murda Beatz, Big Sean & Babyface Ray Join Forces For New Song ‘Hood Politics’: Watch

Murda Beatz is known for making hits, and his latest collaboration is no different. The Grammy nominated producer linked up for the first time with Big Sean, and a second time with Babyface Ray to bring forth the exciting new single that is ‘Hood Politics.’ On the track, you can hear Big Sean in his lyrical bag, rapping expertly over a horn section-like, synth driven beat.
Babyface Ray, too, showcases a superb blend of melody and hard hitting bars that tie it all together. “I’m washin’ the Benz in the rain, they thinkin’ I’m crazy, goin’ insane / I turn up a bitch for day, she thinkin’ I saved but really I played her,” raps Ray before Big Sean slices in with choppy flows to shift the mood, elevating the track. Clearly, he doesn’t lie when he raps “Murda on the beat, so that’s what I’ma do with this one.”
Murda Beatz has also solidified his position as one of the best Canadian producers in the game right now with this track, which comes in post eye catching collaborations with the likes of Cardi B, Quavo, and even Madonna. Check out what the hype is all about in this new music video for the track!
