Nicki Minaj in Talks to Host ‘Real Housewives of Potomac’ Reunion

Move over Andy Cohen.

Nicki Minaj is in discussions to take over hosting duties for Bravo’s upcoming “Real Housewives of Potomac” reunion special. The “Whole Lotta Money” rapper spoke it into existence when she shared a trailer for the reality series featuring a remake of “Moment 4 Life,” and joked about playing host.

“I’ll be hosting the reunion,” wrote Minaj, who is a “RHOP” superfan. “lmk what y’all want me to ask chile.”

But while she may not have been serious at the time, her joke caught the attention of Bravo’s Andy Cohen, who seemingly offered her the gig. Nicki shared a text message conversation from her publicist who spoke with Cohen about the idea.

“Andy Cohen said he would gladly give up his seat to have you host the Potomac reunion,” the PR rep wrote to an excited Nicki, who responded, “YESSSSSSSSSSSSSSS I WANT TO DO IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!”

Plans are in motion to tape sometime in October. This would be the first time that someone other than Cohen has hosted a “Real Housewives” reunion.

Minaj, who hosted her own “Queen Radio” show on Apple Music, is already preparing for the job by binge-watching all the “Real Housewives of Potomac” episodes. “We finna get into some thangz hunty,” she said, adding, “My questions will be well thought out, too. Mixed with funny & epic, of course.”

She also provided an update on her long-awaited fifth album. “Barbz, plz don’t send me a million comments about the album & doc chile just lemme have my moment,” said Nicki. “We almost there. Promise. Not lying this time. Love you.”
