Nicki Minaj Reveals She Had a Baby Boy

Nicki Minaj is mother to a baby boy.

After giving birth to her first child last month, the 37-year-old rapper rapper returned to social media for the first time since becoming a mom. Taking to Instagram on Thursday, she revealed that she and her husband Kenneth Petty welcomed a son and opened up about motherhood.

“I am so grateful & in love with my son. Madly in love. My favorite liddo boy in the whole wide world,” gushed Nicki.

She also shared the kind messages she received from her celebrity friends including Beyoncé, Kanye West and Kim Kardashian, Winnie Harlow, and Karol G. “Thank you to Queen B, Kim & Ye, Riccardo Tisci, Winnie, Karol & everyone who sent well wishes during this time. It meant the world to me,” she added.

Nicki has yet to reveal the name of her son or share any photos. The baby boy was reportedly born Sept. 30 in Los Angeles.

The new mom is already returning to work. She has collaborated with Sada Baby on the remix to “Whole Lotta Choppas,” which drops tonight.
