Street Fighter 6 and NERDS Clothing Present “Steel Sessions Soundtrack”
MNRK Music Group, in partnership with NERDS Clothing, and platinum-selling producers Steel Sessions, releases a new 17-track original soundtrack, Street Fighter™ 6 x NERDS Clothing presents Steel Sessions, via all DSPs today. The album, executive produced by Steel Sessions, features songs inspired by the sights, sounds, and action of the Street Fighter ™ franchise. This release builds on the recent momentous launch of Street Fighter 6, out now on PlayStation®5, PlayStation®4, Xbox Series X|S, and PC via Steam. A physical release of the soundtrack is due later this year.
The album features D-Block, Dave East, Royce da 5’9”, Smoke DZA, Benny the Butcher’s Black Soprano Family (BSF), and others.
The single “Perfect,” ft. BSF was produced by Steel Sessions’ Buda & Grandz, Ky Miller and Mike Kuz, and the Nerdy Rebel-directed video is also online now!
The Street Fighter franchise is currently celebrating its 35th anniversary and has long had a close connection with hip hop music and culture. This is presented front and center in the latest Street Fighter 6 release, which just surpassed two million copies sold since launch.
