The original “Save Your Tears,” which appears on The Weeknd’s album After Hours, is currently No. 5 on the Billboard Hot 100 after peaking at No. 4.
Over one year after the album’s release, the After Hours era continues. The Weeknd previously dropped remixes with Lil Uzi Vert (“Heartless”), Kenny G (“In Your Eyes”), Doja Cat (“In Your Eyes”), and Rosalía (“Blinding Lights”).
Abel and Ariana are no stranger to collaborations, having teamed up on tracks including “off the table” and “Love Me Harder,” which reached No. 7 on the Hot 100.
In anticipation of the drop, fans took to Twitter to share their excitement.
