PAPER MAKER ENT: PRINCE JALEAK
Prince Jaleak Boswell, born on June 27, 1994, in Queens, New York, has always had music in his blood. Raised in a church family, he grew up singing and was even named after the legendary icon, Prince, which naturally set a high bar for his musical journey. However, Prince embraced this legacy without hesitation, carving his own path in the industry.
In 2017, he moved to Atlanta with his mother, shifting his focus toward fashion design. His greatest achievement in this arena has been the launch of his shoe line, “Lost In My Mind,” which became the foundation for his own clothing brand. Fashion has allowed Prince to make his mark in the entertainment world in a way that felt authentic to his roots.
Though music has always been a part of his life, Prince hadn’t recorded a song until he crossed paths with his business partner, Kavon Jacobs. It was through Kavon’s persuasion that Prince ventured into recording. In fact, their first collaboration was anything but conventional. According to Prince, they began with everything except the music—choosing the album name, song titles, graphics, and even scheduling a photo shoot before setting foot in the studio. This spontaneous and unorthodox approach led to Prince’s debut single, “In Your Arms,” produced by Paper Flow The God Mc.
Looking ahead, Prince is excited about his first full project, an EP titled Broken Hearted Fallen Angel, and is eager to collaborate with some of the industry’s biggest names. His dream features include Tink, Jazmine Sullivan, and Jhonni Blaze. Alongside his music career, Prince is also starting a management company with Kavon Jacobs, recognizing his partner’s business acumen and extensive connections in the industry.
Prince Jaleak Boswell is not only an artist but a multifaceted talent, navigating both fashion and music with a clear vision and the drive to succeed. His journey has only just begun, and with his unique blend of ambition, creativity, and determination, it’s clear that big things are ahead.
