Wale recently released ‘Belly‘ to hype up the release of his forthcoming album, everything is a lot., and moved to revealing the list of features and tracks on the project. An 18 track project, the album has a perfectly curated mix of artists across styles.
If you’re a Wale fan, you’re in for a treat. The collaborators he onboarded include Shaboozey, Ty Dolla $ign, JTA, Nino Paid, BNYK, Leon Thomas and more. In all ways, the curation speaks to the breadth of the album and its deliberate focus on melding genres.
Even structure wise, the album is highly intentional. In fact, for the first 7 tracks you will not hear a single feature; they only start kicking in track 8 onwards, and are stacked till track 18 with barely any solo songs in the mix.
