Jim Jones & Maino May Add Dance Moves To Their Repertoire: 'Looking Like [The] Temptations'

Jim Jones and Maino have enjoyed their first run as the new group Lobby Boyz. They’ve unleashed their debut album that fans have been enjoying on social media and caught a hit with the New York drill-tinged “Slide” featuring Fivio Foreign.

The upbeat record has folks on social media creating dance routines, and now the Lobby Boyz are joining in on the fun. On Saturday (June 4), Capo took to his Instagram with a post showing himself and Maino practicing a routine for their summer anthem.

By the looks of the clip, the rappers touch their feet together before Maino slides away and hits a spin move. While that’s going on, Jim claps under his legs multiple times and bops around to the song’s beat.

“Lol naaaah they caught us practicing our #sturdy2step lol lookin like th temptations tryin to get our dance moves right lol @thelobbyboyz ‘Slide’ single n vidoe out now Album out now And we sturdy lol,” Jim Jones wrote in the caption of his post.

The Lobby Boyz aren’t just having fun coming up with dance moves for “Slide.” Jim and Maino are cracking jokes at the expense of their friends, such as comedian Jerrod Carmichael who was visiting Hot 97 when he bumped into the Lobby Boyz and got roasted for his outfit choice of the day.

“You woke up and picked this out,” Maino asked Jerrod, who was filming the whole conversation with his handheld camcorder. “You said that this is what you wanted to wear? What style is that?”

Jim Jones added, “Bro, he got on tube socks with church shoes. He’s wild’n right here. You out of pocket, and it’s summer time you got a windbreaker on.”
