New Music Friday – New Singles From YoungBoy Never Broke Again, Money Man & BLEU + More

HipHopDX – Happy holidays to all, and to all a good New Music Friday.

For this special Christmas Eve edition of HipHopDX’s singles coverage, several last-minute gifts have rolled in for music fans in the form of new releases from rappers such as Moneyman and DX 2021 Rising Star BLEU, YoungBoy Never Broke Again, Nas and A$AP Rocky and more

Here’s the full list of singles released Friday (December 24th), below.

YoungBoy Never Broke Again – “Emo Rockstar”

Ever since YoungBoy Never Broke Again opened up about how wearing makeup empowers his creative process last month, fans have been skeptical to embrace his new look.

Despite the pushback he has received thus far, YoungBoy Never Broke Again continues to experiment with cosmetics and his sound in his visual release “Emo Rockstar.”

Money Man f. BLEU – “Fans Go Crazy”

After inking a deal with EMPIRE last month, which made him a Bitcoin millionaire, Money Man has now joined forces with the independent distribution company and multiple artists for an exclusive music programming partnership with ESPN.

Following the release of his “Tip Off” single, the “LLC” rapper connects with DX 2021 Rising Star BLEU for their “Fans Go Crazy” record.

Nas f. A$AP Rocky – “Wave Gods”

When Nas and Hit-Boy won the prize for Best Rap Album at the 63rd Annual Grammy Awards back in March, it seemed like the Queens MC had reached his peak in 2021.

However, with the release of King’s Disease II, the dynamic duo made it clear they weren’t finished dominating this year just yet, and have delivered yet again with their Magic LP — home to Nas and A$AP Rocky’s DJ Premier-helmed “Wave Gods.”

Lil Dicky, GaTa – “We Good (From The TV Show ‘DAVE’”

Lil Dicky certainly has a hot on his hands with his neuronic, dark sitcom DAVE, which became FX’s most-watched comedy series in 2020, attracting an average episodic audience of 5.32 million viewers.

Just in time for Christmas, Lil Dicky and his best friend, recording artist and actor GaTa, gift DAVE viewers with their “We Good” collaboration from the tumultuous season two finale of the show.

Much like the singles coverage above, this week’s Honorable Mention list is light and tight and includes new offerings from artists such as Fredo Bang, wifisfuneral, Chris Webby and RJAE.
