Amber Rose Addresses Resurfaced ‘Kartrashians’ Tweet

Amber Rose is distancing herself from an old tweet she made about Kanye West and the Kardashians.

Ye’s ex took to Instagram on Sunday (Jan. 16) after the 2015 tweet resurfaced amid the drama surrounding Kanye and Kim Kardashian’s divorce.

“@kanyewest I’ll leave that up to the Kartrashians to humiliate u when they’re done with u,” Amber wrote in the original tweet.

After the tweet went viral, the SlutWalk founder responded by disavowing the “immature” comment she made about Kim and her sisters.

“Man f**k that old ass tweet,” she wrote in her Instagram Story. “I never got an apology for his ’30 showers’ comment but f**k it. I started my SlutWalk and helped millions of women around the world stand up for themselves against slut shaming so something amazing came out of it.”

The mother of two apologized to the Kardashians, writing, “Kim nor her sisters deserved that tweet and y’all shouldn’t co-sign it either. Sh*t was old and immature of me to involve the KarDASHians in the mess HE made.”

“Moving forward….Learn from my mistakes,” she continued. “We all have kids and family’s life is hard enough right now for a lot of ppl. I just want to spread love and positivity.”

During a 2015 interview with “The Breakfast Club,” Ye dissed his ex by saying he had to “take 30 showers” before he got with his now-estranged wife.

Kim and Amber have seemingly been on good terms for a while now. In 2016, they squashed their beef and posted a selfie together.
