Chris Brown Sued for $20 Million Over Alleged Rape

Chris Brown is being sued for $20 million by a woman who says he drugged and raped her.

The unidentified female, who lists herself as a choreographer, dancer, model, and singer, alleges that the sexual assault occurred on Diddy’s docked yacht on Miami’s Star Island on Dec. 30, 2020. In the lawsuit, obtained by TMZ, the woman says Chris grabbed her friend’s phone while she was on a FaceTime call and told her to come to the yacht.

When she arrived, Chris allegedly offered her a drink before they retreated to the kitchen area on the yacht. Once there, she claims he gave her a red cup with a mixed drink and they started talking. After he refilled her cup, she claims she started to feel “a sudden, unexplained change in consciousness” and felt “disoriented, physically unstable, and started to fall in and out of sleep.”

That’s when she claims Chris took her to a bedroom while she was “drugged” and “half-asleep.” She says Chris closed the bedroom door, undressed her, and started kissing her. She claims she told him to stop, but he persisted and ejaculated inside her before getting up and announcing he was “done.”

In the docs, she says Chris texted her the following day and demanded she take Plan B, which she did. Her attorneys say she did not report the alleged rape to police at the time because she was a medical student and was embarrassed.

She is suing Chris for $20 million in damages, claiming that she suffered severe emotional distress. Chris’ team has not responded to the allegations.

Last summer, a woman claimed that the “Iffy” singer smacked the back of her head so hard that her weave came off. A battery report was filed and Chris was named as the suspect, however, the L.A. City Attorney’s Office declined to press charges due to insufficient evidence.
