Jennifer Lopez Says She’s ‘Never Been Better’ Amid Ben Affleck Romance

Jennifer Lopez has never been better.

While promoting her new single “Cambia El Paso” with Rauw Alejandro, the entertainer opened up to Apple Music’s Zane Lowe for the first time since her romantic reunion with Ben Affleck.

“I’m super happy,” said the 51-year-old Lopez. “I know people are always wondering, ‘How are you?’ ‘What’s going on?’ ‘Are you OK?’ This is it. I’ve never been better.”

She continued, “I want my people who care about me, because I care about them so much, to know that I’ve really gotten to a place in my life where I’m great on my own. And I think once you get to that place, then amazing things happen to you that you never imagine in your life happening again. And so that is where I’m at.”

Without mentioning Affleck, she reflected on all the blessings in her life. “I love all the love that’s coming my way right now and all of the good wishes. And I just want everybody to know that it’s the best time. It’s the best time of my life.”

Her happiness has even inspired her new music. “When I feel really good, I really feel like I do my best music,” said J.Lo, who is working on her first Spanish album since 2007. “And so I got back from the Dominican Republic and I immediately had notified everybody that I know and like, I want to get in the studio.”

Lopez reunited with Affleck after ending her engagement to fiancé Alex Rodriguez in April.

Bennifer, who dated between 2002 and 2004, have been spending a lot of time together in recent weeks, from Miami to Universal Studios Hollywood. Over the weekend, they were seen cuddling while celebrating the 4th of July in the Hamptons.
