J’Moris Reminds Us Of The Power Of Authenticity In New Album Moris Better: Loveless Confessions
Hillsboro, Texas-based J’Moris is back with a full collection of tracks, an exciting album titled Moris Better: Loveless Confessions. The record is produced by Supamario Beats and tackles a wide range of genres, from hip hop, trap, r&b, and rap, flowing into a single vibe throughout the 14 tracks presented.
Growing up in Fort Worth, Texas during the 1990’s, J’Moris was exposed to a lot growing up, and his experiences helped him mature faster than most, a quality that powerfully reflects in his polished sound.
He shares:
“My family moved to Hillsboro, Texas, to try and get away, but to no avail. The crack epidemic consumed Hillsboro also. Watching my loved ones fall victim to the drugs or the streets, I felt he only had one choice. Use them both to My advantage & find a way out. My older brother, Crunch, looked out for me alot. The lessons he taught me molded me into who I am today and also gave me the opportunities to graduate high school. Something he, or my little brother J Hodge, never did. I tell God to watch out for me while I chase the route of evil…”
After the outstanding album Blac February, Moris Better: Loveless Confessions is J’Moris’ second LP to drop on all major digital streaming platforms.
