California-based artist Ye Torii is finally releasing a new single, after “Badu” and “Worth It,” and titled “No Friends.” The groovy track is a sure hit, and her incredibly well mastered and blissful voice is the highlight of the song. Effortlessly juggling between genres and yet making her own, she has succeeded at imagining something different, authentic, and real. As listeners, we feel every inch of her emotions and observation along her LA lifestyle, isolated and sometimes a little lonely.
