Latto Fans Pitch Relatable Topics After Being Asked For Inspiration For Next Rap Song
When Latto headed to the studio Monday night (January 24), she looked to her fans for inspiration when it comes to her next hit record. Big Latto solicited fans’ ideas for her next track as she took to Twitter to open the floor to her supporters.
“Otw to the studio what should I make a song about,” she asked her 1.6 million followers.

Latto’s fans took the question very seriously and offered up some sound topics that the Atlanta native could tap in to musically. Many pitched relatable topics to bring her “back to her roots” while giving the “sex talk” a break for a little bit.
“Dreams , motivation , set backs , adversity, fame , unpopular opinions , grief , family , doubt , hate , love , insecurities , plastic surgery, self love, lifestyle or feature other female artist to collate a theme for women,” one fan responded.

Others took the chance to remind the 23-year-old of snippets of songs she’s previewed in the past and some were hoping for a romantic anthem to provide the soundtrack to their Valentine’s Day with the holiday of love only a few weeks away.

Latto closed out 2021 with a strong fourth quarter thanks to her fiery “Big Energy” single, which cracked the top 40 of the Billboard Hot 100 while setting the table for her sophomore album in 2022.
She also lent a new song called “Tha Fuck” to Halle Berry’s Netflix film Bruised in November. The all-female soundtrack also featured contributions from Cardi B, Saweetie, City Girls, H.E.R., Young M.A. and more.
When it comes to Latto’s next single, only time will tell if her fans’ A&R skills come in useful. In the meantime, revisit “Big Energy” below.
