Lizzo Donates $50,000 To University Of Houston Scholarship

Lizzo announced Friday (June 26) that she has partnered with the University of Houston to create a $50,000 scholarship that will be awarded to a music student at the university.
“LIZZO’S JUNETEENTH GIVEBACK IS PROUD TO PRESENT 50,000$ TO THE ‘SASHA BE FLOOTING SCHOLARSHIP’ AT THE UNIVERSITY OF HOUSTON,” the Grammy Award-winning singer captioned an Instagram post. “Thank you to @universityofhouston for your partnership and support.”
