Maino Surprises Jim Jones With An Art Piece For His 46th Birthday

Jim Jones and Maino have proved they’re a formidable duo with their new collaborative album, The Lobby Boyz, and their friendship has gotten even stronger over the last few months. It’s a great sight to see, given the two were beefing with each other back in the day, and looks even better when birthdays come around.

On Friday (July 15), Maino wanted to celebrate his fellow Lobby Boy’s 46th birthday with a small get-together at a studio and had an amazing gift to give him. Footage of the surprise mini party surfaced online and showed Jim walking into the space and finding Maino with friends wishing him a happy birthday.

After giving a small speech, the “Hi Hater” rapper presented the Dipset member with a special art piece showing himself alongside his longtime partner Chrissy Lampkin giving him a kiss on the cheek. Jim was taken aback by the kind gesture as he cracked a smile from ear to ear.

“Big Happy Birthday to My Brother @jimjonescapo Nothing but Motion Lobby Boy!!! @so.pookie @thechelseahousenyc @thredz_nyc @thelobbyboyz,” Maino captioned his post.

Jim Jones and Maino are fresh off releasing their first collaborative album, The Lobby Boyz, back in May. The 15-track effort has features from Fivio Foreign, Fabolous, Benny The Butcher, Young M.A. and more. The Lobby Boyz are having so much fun that they’ve even created a dance routine for their hit single “Slide” featuring Fivio Foreign that Capo shared on Instagram.

“Lol naaaah they caught us practicing our #sturdy2step lol lookin like th temptations tryin to get our dance moves right lol @thelobbyboyz ‘Slide’ single n vidoe out now Album out now And we sturdy lol,” Jim Jones wrote in the caption of his post.
